Terms and conditions

By registering for an EQUIP event, the participant accepts that:

Registration is free of charge;

The participant arranges her/his own travel and accommodation;

One participant may only take part in one of the three workshops;

Participation in the webinars is not restricted;

Registrations operate on a first-come first-served basis;

Registrations will close when full capacity is reached;

Above a threshold of 80% of spots taken for a workshop, registrations will be put on a waiting list to allow for a balanced mix of participants;

The data provided in the registration is true and correct;

The participant has previous experience in quality assurance to enable her/him to fully benefit from the event;

The organisers reserve the right to screen registrations;

The participant will be asked to complete a brief survey on the use of the ESG;

The organisers cannot be held responsible for a participant’s travel and accommodation arrangements;

The participant is asked to inform the organisers in writing to [email protected] if she/he wish to cancel her/his registration;

Substitutes may be accepted at any time provided the organisers are informed;

Students may benefit from a contribution to their travel and subsistence costs, the allocation of such contributions is subject to their own terms & conditions;

In case of force majeure, the organisers may cancel an event; in which case they cannot be held liable for any participant’s arrangements.
